Data Storage Products

Deelvin uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Deelvin. Although Deelvin owns the code, databases, and all rights to the various Deelvin products, you retain all rights to your data (including the ability to export, change, and delete the data).

If you're a 3rd party (a customer of a company that uses our products) and would like your data removed from our systems then this request must come through the company that uses our software. We do not store enough data about customers to independently verify customers' identities. The companies that use our software do have enough data to verify you are who you say you are and will be able to carry out removal requests accurately

Deelvin may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Use a Deelvin's individual product.

Compliance and cooperation with regulatory authorities

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy.

Deelvin is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the FTC. We do not share customers' data with third parties, but we're legally required to state that we would be legally liable if we were to begin transferring data to third parties and we did it without user permission or if said third party misused the data.

You can use the same contact methods to reach us regarding any privacy questions, requests, or concerns.

Changes

Deelvin may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Deelvin primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
